She/her

I Exercise hasn’t always been a big part of my life. An injury actually pushed me to recognise the benefits of movement and physical activity as it helped hugely with my recovery, and once I realised what it could do, I wanted to share that with as many people as I could!

I completed my Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science, Certificates in Personal Training and Nutrition, and following that, my Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology, which helped me to build the knowledge and skills required to prescribe exercise interventions as a method of helping to manage chronic and complex health conditions (including things like chronic pain, respiratory, cardio-metabolic and cardiovascular conditions, musculoskeletal conditions / injuries, neurological conditions, cancer, and much more).

In Australia, I worked a variety of jobs within the health and fitness space, ranging from running group fitness classes, 1:1 personal training, youth sports skills coaching, and clinical rehabilitation with clients from all walks of life.

I have a passion for helping people to improve their health and well-being in every aspect, and believe that exercise should be a tool that all people can access in whatever way works for them - as the benefits are endless. Working in an industry knowing that you are making a difference every day is exactly where I want to be, and I’m super excited to be a part of the team at Project PT.
