Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services purchased. Any Personal Training, Workshops, Courses, Memberships or Tickets to events will not be refunded*. We are happy to consider options to change the tickets to another person and/or the date, but this is at the discretion of the company director.
Any faulty products purchased from us can be returned to one of our sites and we will do our best to fix or replace the product.
Freeze or Pause Option - in the event of a lockdown or Covid incident we offer the option to freeze or pause memberships, personal training packages and event tickets.
