Nutrition, The Project PT way!

Our aim is to provide our members and clients with evidence-based information and guidance about the impacts of food and nutrition on health and wellbeing.

Our nutrition expert Jess offers a range of packages for members and non members, ranging from sport performance to monthly guidance and meal plan packages. Jess’ approach is non-judgemental and information based. She’ll work alongside you to achieve your goals and to ensure you have a healthy relationship with food.

  • 3 Month Plan £250

    Initial consultation (60 minutes) Food Diary analysis (completed prior to consultation) Personalised resources Individualised meal plans- if required WhatsApp/Email communication 6 x Check-ins (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 weeks)

  • 1 Month Plan £90

    Initial consultation (60 minutes) Food Diary analysis (completed prior to consultation) Personalised resources Individualised meal plans- if required WhatsApp/Email communication 2 x Check-ins (2 and 4 weeks)

  • Sports Specific Plan £100

    Initial Consultation (60 minutes) Personalised resources Individualised meal plans based on event (pre, during and post) WhatsApp/Email communication 2 x Check-ins (follow up and prior to event)
