CLASS OPTIONS
Our coaches are dedicated to making every member feel welcome and included in each class. Whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned pro, our team will ensure you have the right exercise variations to suit your level. With personalised guidance and encouragement, we’re here to help you get the most out of every session.

STRENGTH
In our strength classes, we run two programs, Day A and Day B, designed to work seamlessly together. You’ll alternate between these each session, so while some members are on Day A, others will be tackling Day B.
When you arrive, your coach will welcome you and hand over your personal workout book, introduced during your 1:1 sessions. After a group warm-up, you and your partner will head to your starting area, where you’ll alternate sets, supporting each other through each exercise. With your coach’s guidance, you’ll get the most out of every session, building strength and confidence.
Every six weeks, we mix up exercises, rep ranges, and intensity to keep your progress on track!

Cardio
This class welcomes all abilities, celebrating every fitness level!
Your coach will kick things off with a thorough group warm-up to get everyone ready.
Main session: Your coach will walk you through the equipment, exercises, and intensity for the day. Don’t hesitate to ask questions—especially if you’re unsure of any technique.
Our aim: Have fun, get moving, and work up as much of a sweat as you want!
We’ll wrap up together with a guided cool-down to finish the session strong.

Boxfit
We think everyone should give BoxFit a try! It’s fast-paced, fun, and we’re sure you’ll love it!
You’ll start by learning to wrap your hands and wrists with guidance from your coach, followed by a warm-up to get you ready for the moves ahead.
During the session, your coach will teach you specific footwork and boxing combinations. Paired up with gloves and pads, you’ll work together to practice, learn, and enjoy the energy of boxing!
You’ll also get the chance to use our punch bags, nothing beats giving them an upper cut or two!

Powerlifting
Our powerlifting class is dedicated to mastering the three big lifts: deadlift, squat, and bench press.
With a strong focus on technique, this class gives you the opportunity to build strength, power, and improve your one-rep max.
The atmosphere is always inspiring, with members cheering each other on, whether it’s a 30kg deadlift or a 100kg lift. Every effort is celebrated, making it a supportive space for everyone to achieve their personal best. And as always, you'll track your progress in your blue book, so you can see just how far you’ve come.

Kettlebells
Our kettlebell class is all about building strength, endurance, and mastery of foundational kettlebell movements.
Each class follows a structured program that changes every 6-8 weeks, giving you time to track your progress and see real improvements in technique and strength.
With exercises targeting full-body conditioning, our kettlebell classes keep things dynamic and challenging, whether you’re swinging, pressing, or working on more complex movements.
It’s a supportive environment where members encourage each other, making each session both focused and fun as you work toward your personal best

HYBRID
Our hybrid class combines the best of both worlds: barbell exercises for strength and cardio intervals for stamina.
This class is fast-paced, high-energy, and packed with variety to keep you engaged and challenged. With a mix of strength-building lifts and heart-pumping cardio, you’ll get a full-body workout that pushes your limits and keeps things exciting.
It’s all about intensity and fun, with an extra kick of spice to keep you coming back for more!

Press up & pull up club
Our Press-Up and Pull-Up Club is a firm favourite among our coaches.
Whether you’re aiming to achieve your very first pull-up or press-up, or looking to hit 10, 20, or more reps, this class is designed to help you reach your goals.
You'll follow a dedicated program that builds strength and technique through targeted exercises that support your progress in both movements.
Alongside press-ups and pull-ups, you’ll work through complementary exercises that build the muscle and control needed to excel. It’s a supportive space to push yourself and celebrate each milestone!

Core & mobility
Slow down with our Core and Mobility class. We start this class focusing on the mobility section, where you’ll work through exercises targeting breathwork, shoulder, hip, and ankle mobility.
You’ll move between mat-based and standing positions to develop flexibility and control across different ranges. In the core section, we go beyond traditional sit-ups and twists, focusing instead on exercises that build functional core strength with great crossover to our other classes.
This class is all about learning to engage your core properly, enhancing stability, and boosting performance in every area of your training.
