WHAT IS junior gym?
Every Thursday 5pm
Our gym session for kids aged 10-13 focuses on developing agility, balance, and endurance, perfect for those aiming to enhance their sports performance or for those who may not enjoy traditional team sports. This inclusive program offers a welcoming environment where participants can pursue their fitness goals at their own pace. Led by experienced trainers, the sessions incorporate a variety of exercises to boost overall athleticism, build confidence, and encourage a love for physical activity. Join us to help your child discover the joy of fitness, improve essential skills, and connect with a supportive community.
