At The Project PT, your journey begins with 3x1:1 sessions tailored to help you feel confident and at ease in our gym. During these sessions, your coach will guide you through the foundational movements used in our strength programs and introduce you to some more of our classes. Designed to ease any anxiety, these sessions ensure you feel at home and ready to make the most of your training.
Once you’ve completed your 1:1 sessions, you’ll transition into our small group classes. Don’t worry about remembering everything from your 1:1 sessions—we’ll continue to provide coaching, feedback, and support in every class, helping you grow and progress at your own pace.
