Our team specialise in pain management, strength training, sports-specific training, and supporting those recovering from illness. Many of our clients have felt uncomfortable in traditional gym settings or have had challenging experiences with exercise in the past. We’re here to change that. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels empowered, supported, and capable of regaining strength and confidence in their movements.
Training takes place in our welcoming Magdalen Road gym, where we work with some of the UK’s best coaches. Highly qualified with years of experience across diverse clients, our coaches are not only skilled but genuinely caring—committed to making your fitness journey a positive, comfortable experience.
We begin with a thorough assessment of your movement patterns to gain a clear understanding of your strengths, areas for improvement, and goals. From there, we design a personalised exercise programme tailored to what the assessment reveals, helping you move forward with purpose and direction.
At The Project PT, personal training is about partnering with our clients to enhance their everyday lives, elevate their fitness, and build a deeper understanding of movement. We’re here to help you move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results.
