Your Project Pt journey starts with 2x1:1 sessions. Under the guidance of your coach, you’ll begin to learn the movements used in our strength programs.
You’ll then move into our small group sessions, we don’t expect you to remember everything you were taught, we’ll continue to provide coaching and feedback in each session.
