My journey in fitness began with martial arts, competing in Muay Thai. The discipline, strength, and focus I developed laid the foundation for my lifelong fascination with human movement. Over time, this curiosity led me to explore bodyweight training and discover the joy of feeling mobile, free, and capable in my body.

Today, my approach to fitness is rooted in functional movement and holistic well-being. I draw inspiration from a variety of disciplines, including rope flow, capoeira, and hand balancing, all of which teach fluidity, control, and playfulness. My philosophy is that movement should not only enhance your physical strength but also be pain-free, energising, and deeply enjoyable.

As a massage therapist and psychology graduate, I take a holistic approach to training. I understand that true health extends beyond the physical body—it encompasses the mind and emotions as well. My sessions are designed to help you connect with your body on all levels, cultivating a sense of awareness, balance, and resilience.

I view training as a tool for living a happier, more vibrant life. It’s not just about what your body can do; it’s about how moving makes you feel. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your mobility, or simply feel more comfortable and confident in your body, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
