I am currently the MD and founder of a recruitment company called LoveRecruitment. We specialise in fitness and leisure recruitment across the UK.

I have always been super passionate about the role physical activity plays in local communities and society as a whole and am proud to help support the sector through our candidate attraction and talent acquisition strategies. I firmly believe we need the best people in the country to work in our sector to help spread the word about the importance of our sector and in the words of UK Active, hopefully get “more people, more active, more often”.

I believe I can add value to the Project PT through talent attraction and talent acquisition. Talent attraction is defining the organisation’s unique Employee value proposition (EVP) and then creating a unique story around this. Talent attraction is then putting the process and procedures in place and having an effective recruitment process to help deliver the best talent on the market. I believe this is something I could bring to the table and help advise + shape this strategy as the Project PT grows.
