I was never a sporty person. I did not feel comfortable and was embarrassed when I did exercises as a teenager. My partner is a gym regular and he convinced me to get into the gym for the every first time. My first experience of strength training was… I don’t want to do it again! Yea , that was me. No one can imagine that person has transformed into a fitness coach and enjoys every single moment of her training.
I am thankful my partner persuaded me to step into the gym and my fitness journey started from there. At the beginning I just wanted to get a better looking body and get some abs (of course). But, the training didn’t just change my body, but also my mentality. I became a more positive person, I keep myself together through the hardest times, I am a happier person than I was , I feel confident even when I am doing something I’m not good at.
I discovered how much exercise positively impacted my life, and I believe it can do the same for others. I'm always here to support your fitness journey, even if it starts with just a simple conversation.
