WHAT IS TEEN gym?

Every Thursday 7pm

Our gym session for teens aged 13-17 focuses on developing agility, balance, and endurance, making it ideal for those looking to enhance their sports performance or for teens who may not enjoy traditional team sports. This inclusive program provides a supportive environment where participants can work on their fitness goals at their own pace. Guided by experienced trainers, teens will engage in a variety of exercises designed to improve overall athleticism, boost confidence, and foster a love for physical activity.
